The Town of Ajax retained Kenneth Caplan and Associates Limited to assist in marketing 1000 acres of prime employment lands known as Carruthers Creek Properties. Integral to the marketing proposition was the message that Ajax was
“First for Business” with an ISO 9001 rating and
“Second to None” with economic opportunities that included serviced land, skilled and available workforce, modern transportation infrastructure and quality of lifestyle.
We developed of a distinctive brand theme and tagline that embodied the Town’s progressive marketing. We created a lure brochure and employment lands marketing piece coordinated in message and graphics with a six minute video-tour of Ajax that included business testimonials.
We developed templates for local, national and international advertising and coordinated these with displays and a newsletter.
According to the director of economic development for Ajax, “the brand image and marketing package were instrumental in attracting inquiries about investment”.
Kenneth Caplan and Associates Limited was subsequently retained by Ajax to develop and implement the Town’s overall brand identity program.
